This Privacy Policy covers how Koch SaMD GmbH (collectively, "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") handles personal data on our websites, through our app PURI ("PURI", "App"), via email, or in person. We may also link to third parties on our Services or make our apps available for use and/or download. Our Privacy Policy does not apply to how third parties define personal data or how they use it. We encourage you to read their privacy policies and know your privacy rights before interacting with them.

When you create a PURI account or interact with Our website, make a purchase, or download a software update, connect to our services, contact us (including by social media), participate in an online survey, or otherwise interact with Us, we may collect a variety of information, including:

    Account Information: Each account is secured by a unique email address and an authentification method which includes password or via 3rd party authentification with Google, Facebook or Apple. To create an account we require a valid email address, country of residence, and age.

    Location Information: In order to create an account in PURI we ask you provide your country of residence. This is needed to determine legal requirements for managing your account. During the purchase of a subscription or product in our ecommerce site you may be asked to provide a shipping and/or invoice address. This is needed for tax and shipping purposes. We may also track your location information via IP addresses. We do not track or require GPS data from your device.

Our Services require Users to be at least 18 years of age. Age is enforced during the account creation process and an account will not be created given you are under the age of 18 years.
